Brendan McPherson

A native of Chaplin, Connecticut, Brendan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2021. In law school, he worked for the US Attorney's Office in New Haven in the Civil Rights Division.

Brendan began his legal career practicing criminal law and then turned his focus to worker's compensation and personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, Brendan represented worker's compensation claimants in worker's compensation proceedings under Connecticut state law and federal Longshore Act as well as plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He is a passionate advocate for the rights of workers to be treated fairly by their employers when they get hurt on the job. At the firm, Brendan handles personal injury, worker's compensation, and criminal motor vehicle matters.

Brendan graduated from Bennington College in 2016, where he majored in political science and French. He lives in New London with his wife.
